1. The Service

Habit Club is a habit tracking app that lets you create personal tasks, join community rooms, and track your habits together with friends. Provided by Mehmet Taha Uyar — mehmettahauyarr@gmail.com.

2. Your Account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the security of your account, including keeping your password confidential. You may permanently delete your account from within the app at any time — see account deletion.

3. Community Rules

The following are prohibited in room names, room descriptions, task titles, chat messages, profile information and any images you share:

insults, harassment, bullying and threats,
hate speech and content demeaning a group of people,
obscene, violent or illegal content,
spam, advertising and unsolicited bulk messaging,
impersonation and fake accounts,
content encouraging self-harm or dangerous behaviour.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content. Violating content and accounts may be removed or suspended without prior notice.

4. Reporting, Blocking and Moderation

Inside the app you can report a user, a chat message or a room, and you can block any user. A blocked user cannot message you, nudge you, invite you to a room, or water your tree, and blocking also ends any friendship between you. Room owners and admins can delete chat messages in their room that break these rules.

We review every report we receive, remove content that violates these rules within 24 hours, and suspend or permanently close the responsible account where appropriate. We do not disclose to the blocked user that they have been blocked.

5. Your Content

Content you create (tasks, messages, images) belongs to you. By uploading content you allow us to store it and show it to your room mates to the extent necessary to operate the service. You confirm that you hold the rights to any image you upload, and you accept that uploaded images are served over links that can be viewed by anyone who has them.

6. AI Features

The AI features (AI Coach, room mascot reports, "Ask the mascot" and voice reports) send neither your name nor your personal data until you explicitly opt in inside the app. Once you do, your name, streak, level, points, task titles and room statistics are sent to third-party AI services (Google LLC — Gemini, USA; with Groq Inc., USA, as a fallback), and weekly and monthly room reports are narrated by ElevenLabs (USA). Room mascot reports name only members who explicitly agreed to be named when asked in the app; everyone else is counted only in room totals, and you can change this choice at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details. AI output is generated automatically, may be inaccurate, and is intended for motivation only — it is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

7. Fees

Habit Club is completely free. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, paid content or locked features, and nothing in the app can be bought outside the app. The referral programme only awards in-app points, which have no monetary value. If a paid feature is ever introduced, it will be offered solely through the relevant store's in-app purchase system (App Store / Google Play) and these terms will be updated in advance.

8. Acceptable Use

Abusing the service is prohibited: creating automated accounts, manipulating the points/reward system, reverse engineering, sending excessive automated requests, or otherwise accessing the service in a way that disrupts its operation. Actions such as creating rooms, chatting and nudging are rate-limited to prevent abuse.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Habit Club is not a health or medical service; its content is for motivation only. Users are responsible for the content they create.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may end this agreement at any time by deleting your account.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated; material changes will be announced in the app or on this page. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the new terms.
